He has extensive experience creating optimized marketing and growth strategies for B2C and B2B digital businesses and driving measurable results. Hemang’s contributions to Shipa Freight and its partner companies goes a long way back, starting as a Senior Corporate Manager for Venture Capital and making his way to a position as Head of Centre of Excellence for Digital Marketing. Today, he holds a rank as our Chief Marketing Officer, lending his experience and expertise on growth marketing, business development, and venture capital.
As Executive Vice President and Chief of Business Development, David Pozo is responsible for all global sales areas and growth. His career in logistics and digital markets started in New York working on different agreements and projects for known companies such as Alston, General Electric, and Siemens. Also, he has led the devised and planned the logistics structure of ZARA (Inditex group) in the US. David has overseen the digital growth of iContainers.com since 2013. As per his background, with more than eleven years of experience, he has become the perfect “bridge-builder” between traditional and digital logistics. He was one of the pioneers in the digital transition of the freight forwarding industry in the USA. He earned a full honors BBA by the University of Wales, and he has a post grade specialization in international commerce and logistics.

Whether as a programmer, as a project manager, or as a Technical Director, he has always known how to combine attention to detail and excellence with an efficient and realistic approach to achieve results on time. Graduate in Business Management and Finance with more than 25 years of previous professional experience, Joan Busquets is now iContainers’ Chief Financial Officer. With his extensive experience in business reorganizations, improvement of reporting processes, change of ERP's and optimization of financial management in cash-flow and working capital gained after more than twenty-five years in multinational environments holding positions of financial director, financial and strategic consultant, and auditor.
Carlos del Corral has been the iContainers Solutions’ Country Manager for SL Spain since 2017 4 years and 5 months now. He has 20 years of experience in the logistics sector and is a veteran in the transformation of processes and systems in the sector. Besides being an experienced professional and having great personal values, Carlos possesses a deep knowledge of the industry’s processes. He has also worked with implementing improvements within large corporate structures with a global dimension and has experience managing teams with different cultures and ways of working. He manages the strong growth that the iContainers Solutions have experienced in recent months. This includes accelerating the development of new products and services rooted in technology and innovation.
Laura Roldon has been with iContainers for almost 8 years now. She started as an Agents Business Developer. Her skills and hard working ethics lifted her up to the position of Global Pricing manager in just under 3 years after joining the team. Today, she is our VP Product and Pricing where she handles tasks such as: Leading and managing the global online offer for FCL, LCL and Shipments, data Management and Accuracy Monitoring, contracts negotiation for all product vendors. On top of her as Global pricing manager, she is the Pricing Product Owner, leading the pricing and product roadmap to develop backend pricing tools and systems through a data-driven approach.
